Frequently Asked Questions

How to adjust the Outlook display?
Why we don't recommend Outlook for sending HTML emails?
Because some times the images or buttons are shown too big and pixelated after sending a template using Outlook.
It happen because Outlook based on Microsoft Word engine it's not designed as "HTML" editor so it can't handle "HTML" file in a good way.
This means that almost all pixels defined dimensions are converted into points. When it converts units it multiplies them for a factor defined in a setting in operating system so the zoom set in windows display properties also.
To solve this problem please follow this steps.
Note: This operation is necessary every time you import an "HTML" / "EML" file in Outlook and send it out.
